Between 100mg (Zen Matcha) and 180mg (Ginger Blaze). All caffeine is naturally sourced from green coffee bean and organic tea leaf — never synthetic caffeine anhydrous.
Where do you source your ingredients?+
Green coffee from single-origin Colombian farms, matcha from Uji, Japan, and L-Theanine from a third-party GMP-certified supplier in Suzhou. Certificates of analysis are on file for every batch.
